Get some! or, The Fairest: The Huntsman Hunts

Description

The Huntsman from "The Fairest", searching for The Pale One on orders. And, being as he didn't have to drag an underage child out to cut out their heart, it was possible for a certain someone (not who you'd think, although I haven't figured out all of that part) to lie to him and tell him that The Pale One was a traitor to the crown who needed to be ... extinguished. This also being that story, he's eventually going to repent of his task once he meets his target. And then things will get interesting...

This was just ... one of those weird fun things to do. Basically, I got Jade Assassin (the suit) for hardly anything during a fast grab sale, and CS City for actually nothing as one of Dreamlight's promos. And I wanted to do one of those pulp-style science fiction images, with the hero(-ine, usually) wearing improbably little but also heavily armed. Jade Assassin has three essentially overlapping material zones -- or not overlapping so much as side-by-side-by-side. Two of the are "glows", where the ambient is supposed to provide color/glow. The third is the actual suit armor, such as it is. (Jade Assassin does have a huge "shoot/stab/wound me here! no, HERE!" belly window, but the rest of the suit normally provides complete coverage.) Anyway, turns out that if you turn out one of the glow zones and the body of the suit, you're left with this. (You have to be careful which glow you turn off, though. Turn off the wrong one, and you wind up with danglage out in the open. Which, this time, was not the point.)

The guy is F5 Los Monstros by Male-M3dia/ForbiddenWhispers/JSGraphics, combining a couple of the bodies and the Jackson and Kyo heads. DAZ Rob Elite texture, and Unshaven beard. He's also got Project EYEris shaders on his eyes; turns out those don't work well from oblique angles. Makes the eyes go all glowy without irises. Who knew?
